COVID Commitment

Educational & Fitness Classes
We are currently offering educational classes in a dual format.  You choose what works best for you, in-person or live Zoom.  Masks are optional in In-Person classes

Prenatal Yoga classes are Tues, Wed, Thurs 6-7:15pm are in-person.
Currently masks are optional.  Due to occupancy limitations, please pre-register to secure your spot.

Ultrasounds & SneakPeek Early Gender Tests
We are open for Ultrasounds.  You are welcome to bring up to 9 family and friends.  Masks are optional.  Children under school age must be accompanied by another supervising adult. We also offer live streaming for family and friends who are out of town or prefer to enjoy the ultrasound from home.
