6-Week Childbirth Class
This class meets in-person 3 times, every other week. On off weeks, there is an on-demand video to watch in the comfort of your home. In-Person classes meet on designated weeknights from 6pm-8:30pm.

Class 1 (On-Demand) - Labor Basics: stages and phases of labor and what to expect from each, define/intro contractions, dilation, effacement, station.

Class 2 (In-Person) - Pain coping options, risks and benefits of each, Strategic use of pain coping options, All about Epi, Cesarean Labor Theater; how to navigate cesarean birth
​
Class 3 (On-Demand) - Intro to Laborland: what will mom experience while in labor, Laborland Etiquette: Laborland for the birth team, how to behave, what to expect, how to help, Positioning and coping techniques

Class 4 (In-Person) -Practice Labor Coping Techniques, Cesarean Birth Techniques

Class 5 (On-Demand) - Building your birth plan. Labor, immediate postpartum and newborn care options are introduced with risks benefits and alternative options provided

Class 6 (In-Person)- Packing list, postpartum expectations, Bringing it all together with something special.

Yoga for Birth: Breathing Baby Down
In this workshop we will learn how our breath is a powerful tool that can help to create a calm birth experience.
Every birth is a unique experience and a positive calm birth is possible for every woman.
We will practice different breathing techniques and yoga postures that can allow a laboring woman to feel empowered and work with their body to bring baby earth-side.

Infant Massage
Our Infant Massage class is the perfect opportunity for parents to bond with their little ones while learning the art and benefits of massage. Taught by an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), this class is designed to provide parents with the knowledge and techniques to soothe and connect with their baby.
The class topics vary and are specifically tailored to the needs of parents and their infants. These topics include massage techniques for promoting better sleep, relieving discomfort caused by gas, and enhancing the parent-baby bonding experience.
We understand the importance of parental involvement, which is why the price of the class includes registration for both parents and their baby (or twins). This ensures that both parents can actively participate and gain confidence in their massage skills.
Whether you are a new parent or have multiple children, our Infant Massage class offers a nurturing and educational environment for you and your baby. Join us and unlock the power of touch to create a deeper connection with your little one.

Newborn Care Class
Congratulations! Soon you will be a new parent to a little human. Whether this is your first or you are a parent of many, there are lots helpful tips and tricks as you navigate this new role in life.
In this class we will talk about the must haves, safe sleeping practices, diapers, dressing, feeding, bathing, and much more. Most of all we will hold space for questions and reassurance. Our hope is that after this class you will have the tools and tricks you need to feel more prepared for the arrival of your new baby.

New Mama Care Class
As you get closer to the arrival of the little human growing inside of you much of the emphasis has been on baby, but the baby is not all that is being born. The mama is being re-born at the same time. When a women has a baby she becomes anew as well. During this time mamas need just as much, if not more, TLC than even the baby. As long as mama is well, baby will be too.
In this class we will go into what to expect with mama’s mind, body, and heart post delivery. We will talk about body care, the must haves to be prepared, intimacy with your partner, how partners have a massive roll in supporting the new mama, the importance of a support team, and much more. Most of all we will hold a safe and inviting space for you to ask questions and gain reassurance. Our hope is that after this class you will have the tools and tricks you need to feel more prepared as you enter into motherhood.

Car Seat Safety Class
In this class, learn the basics of car seat safety and feel more confident in safe practice of car seat use.
- Learn the different types of car seats available and which is best for your child
- Learn about the law vs best practices for safety
- Learn how to properly install your car seat
- Learn how to adjust the fit of your car seat for your child

Credentialed care seat installation is a safe and reliable service that ensures the installation of child car seats is done correctly according to the best safety practices and national standards. It is provided by CPST certified technician who specialize in child passenger safety and have the knowledge, experience to install car seats safely and securely. This service is recommended for all parents who want to ensure their babies safety when traveling in a vehicle.
