What is Prenatal Yoga?
This class is limited to pregnant women. It is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. Please confirm with your provider that prenatal yoga is a good choice for you.
How much experience do I need?
Whether or not you have practiced yoga before, you will enjoy making friends with other pregnant women, stretching and strengthening your body, and learning more about labor, birth, and motherhood.
What do I bring?
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely, prepare to be barefoot, bring a hair tie if you have long hair. Please bring water. Mats are available to borrow, but if you have your own please bring it with you.

Mom & Me Yoga
Tues 1-2pm
Designed for moms and/or dads, partners, grandparents, nannies, etc. This class is tailored towards the needs of the postpartum body and other common ailments partners and caregivers experience while caring for a baby. Enjoy interactive poses with your baby, engage with a supportive, inclusive community, and share and receive support in your postpartum journey. Ideal for moms and partners/caregivers with babies ages 6 weeks - 9mo (or crawling)

Tots & Family
Wed 4:30pm-5:30pm
This class is for toddlers ages 2-5 and their adults. Siblings are always welcome. Explore yoga and movement through play, music, books, and games. Kids will learn body awareness, breath, and mindfulness. Take time to have fun and relax with your Littles!
