Learn How to Teach Mom & Me Yoga

Mom & Me Yoga creates excellent opportunities for new mamas to find everything they need in once place - community, movement, education, and support. This style of yoga incorporates the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual sides of life during a huge year of transition for a new mama and her baby.
Our curriculum includes:
- Postpartum Anatomy: Saturday, September 17th 9:00-noon
This module is a pre-requisite for the rest of the Mom & Me training and also stands alone for professionals who want to understand the delicate nature of postpartum anatomy changes.
- Four Mondays, September 26 - October 17th, 7:00-9:30 pm
MODULE ONE: Mom & Me Sequencing & Classroom
Sample Sequences and What to include (and what to leave out)
Keeping class moving even if half of your ‘students’ are crying, nursing,
melting down, or blowing out their diapers!
Growing your class and retaining your mama students
MODULES TWO & THREE: Holding Space for You & Others
Teaching Mamas to listen to and trust their intuition
Creating a safe place for Mamas to problem solve, share, and build their
Learn how to care for yourself while providing your students with a strong
container for their complex emotions, fear, trauma, etc.
MODULE FOUR: Hot Topics in Mom & Me
Sleep (or lack thereof), Breastfeeding, Teething/Biting, and much, much,
Learn where to find answers to your students’ most pressing questions
Plus, plenty of safe, fun opportunities to practice and receive feedback
