Emily Martin, LMT, RCST is a licensed massage therapist and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. She began her practice in 2004 with therapeutic and prenatal massage. Focusing on pregnancy brought her into the birth room as a Doula and then to birth recovery using her skills in bodywork and trauma resolution. Emily’s private practice now focuses on massage and Craniosacral therapy for all ages with an emphasis on pregnancy, newborns, postpartum healing and birth recovery.
A Colorado Springs native, Emily trained at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy (Colorado Springs) and the Colorado School of Energy Studies (Boulder). A mother of two, she enjoys time in the outdoors with her family gardening, hiking and exploring Colorado.
