This class is limited to new mamas who have confirmed with their provider that they are ready to return to gentle physical exercise and babies who are not yet walking. You will do some carefully-planned exercises to strengthen your postpartum body, bonding exercises with baby, and even some infant massage.
If you are not yet cleared for physical activity but would like to join the discussion, you may do so at no charge for the first 6-8 weeks postpartum. Adoptive mamas are welcome. Please bring water and prepare to be barefoot. Some mats are available to borrow, but if you have your own please bring it with you. See our online class schedule and reserve your space. |
